I worked on housekeeping (BIG job)
Baked an Apple cake… changed the position o the rack in the oven and this time it cooked perfectly all the way through. But when I turned it over, out of the Bundt pan, little chunk remained stuck to the pan, so I stole a bite to sample it, and boy, is it good. You would think I wold never need to cut out another recipe from a magazine or paper, but I still do. This was a success. I just wonder if i should pour rum over it?
I worked on the craft project we are working on for the NC craft fair…made a shell wreath, finished a pine cone wreath, sprayed baskets, cut oasis, etc.
Worked some more on wrapping Christmas presents…
Had an on line call from Xlibris, my book publishing co
and now i must get off the computer for a CWU conference call at 9:15.
