I was speaker for the CWU unit in Warner Robins today. We had a wonderful day.
The weather was like spring… 70 degrees and it felt great to enjoy springlike weather.

I AM AN ADVOCATE FOR GETTING THE VACINATION FOR...
I did have the vacination a year ago, and much to my surprise, I developed shingles about three weeks ago. Most of you have heard of the painful effects of this health problem (lesions around the middle part of your body, pain, itching, feeling bad, etc.)
I suffered all the effects, but my case has been arrested. Thank God for the shingles vacination, my case is short and nearly over.

Just as I was ready to spring out of the snow...
I have shingles!
It is hard to sit in bed and tumble. It hurts. Bummer.
Surprising how important the back is.
Oh well, onward and upward. Worse things can happen.
Good night.
