I loved watching the video of infectious laughter on the Berlin train.  You can try it with a group sometime and see that it works!  There are so many books written and group therapy classes giving reasons why laughter is good for your health.   I lvoe it.   HA HA HA HA HA HA LOL

Happy to be in North Carolina...
again, for the Christmas season.  Nothing could be finer than to be in Carolina…. Today my niece and I visited with the most wonderful person.  She is a collector of fine antiques, and being invited to her home is an honor and such a treat.  Also, she is a folk artist and through the years made wonderful artifacts.  Indescribable.

Thanksgiving dinner....
s nearly cooked.  Waiting in the regrigerator for the great day “putt out, heat, and serve.” So far i have made the sweet potato souffle, cooked the green beans and the butterbeans, asparagus casserole; tomorrow I will make the pecan pies, salad, and the rest. My daughter is cooking the turkey on her ” big green egg” cooker. “
