I loved watching the video of infectious laughter on the Berlin train. You can try it with a group sometime and see that it works! There are so many books written and group therapy classes giving reasons why laughter is good for your health.

Today my niece and I visited with the most wonderful person. She is a collector of fine antiques, and being invited to her home is an honor and such a treat. Also, she is a folk artist and through the years made wonderful artifacts. Indescribable.
